The device will show up in the “Android Device” folder. The folder it added to my program files only contains “EUUDriverInstaller” and a folder called Win7 with a folder called adb within it. If face the same issue in all USB ports, then I would suggest you to try connecting other USB devices like a thumb drive and check if you are able to access it from the File Explorer.
